These terms govern your use of MBit at mbit-official.com. By registering, you accept them. Last updated: June 2026. Please read them before you deposit.

One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated bonus winnings voided.
3. Verification (KYC)
We are required to verify identity, age and source of funds. Withdrawals are not processed until verification completes. Supplying false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Withdrawals are returned to the method used to deposit wherever possible. We may request further documentation for large or unusual transactions, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. Minimum deposit is C$20.

6. Fair Play
Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, independently audited. Any attempt to exploit a fault, use prohibited software or collude with other players results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. Where a technical malfunction affects a round, that round is void.
7. Licence & Jurisdiction
MBit operates under a international gaming licence, not under a Canadian provincial regulator. Gambling in Canada is regulated provincially. Ontario runs a separate registered market through iGaming Ontario, and we are not registered with it. Accessing this service is your decision, and you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful where you live.
8. Taxes
In Canada, gambling winnings for recreational players are generally treated as a non-taxable windfall. Players whose gambling amounts to a business may be taxable on their profits. MBit does not withhold tax. This is general information, not tax advice.
9. Responsible Gaming
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available in account settings. Once a self-exclusion is set it cannot be reversed before it expires. See our Responsible Gaming page.
10. Complaints
Contact [email protected]. We acknowledge within 72 hours. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service named in the site footer.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on mbit-official.com. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
